        I received the worst customer service from the store manager Matthew. I politely asked him for help finding a certain wine for an order but it was boxed on the top shelf. He said he will have the wine guy help me but the wine guy was busy with another customer. He told me to wait as he was typing on the computer and completely ignored me. His assistance was requested in the front and he left me waiting. I confronted him at checkout about his poor customer service skills and he rudely insisted that he cannot do my shopping for me. He even giggled about it in front of me. He only wants to help customers who are not colored. This is no way to treat people who support your company.
