I had a wonderful time. I had expressed my interest in a vehicle online, and the Lexus representative (Ben) called me right away, so we could schedule a time to take a look. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and he guided me through a fully comprehensive test drive, so I could explore different aspects of the car and its driving style. The paperwork did take a bit long to get through, but that seems standard for all dealerships. All in all, fantastic service.

It was my first time purchasing a car at Lexus since I have been a client of Fields BMW for several years. I was very impress with the way they manage the purchase of my BMW X3 and taking my BMW 330i trade. Diego was my sales representative and he did a great job handling my questions and making sure they committed to my needs. Highly recommend the dealership

Very dishonest sales rep at Tampa Bay Lexus. I clearly and adamantly made it perfectly clear that I do not want a black car. Took it home anyway with the understanding that the sales rep will locate a red or blue IS300. I would call regularly to check on the status to be constantly blown off with remarks like... "we have not been able to locate a blue IS300 as of yet". Finally, after much constant calls from me I received a call 3 months later that they have been able to locate a Blue IS300. Long story cut short the sales Manager actions and promise to me on 5/13/18 & 8/11/18 were very dishonest and deceitful. I have been a Lexus customer for over 20 years and this recent experience is the worst. I will never recommend anyone to the Tampa Bay Lexus dealership. I remain totally astonished of how I was swindled in believing I was receiving a reasonable sale deal trade after sitting down on 8/11/18 for over an hour with the Sales Manager until the finance guy presented the numbers to me. Shame on you Tampa Bay of Lexus.

I hate reviewing but they keep emailing for one. I found the Lexus I wanted online so I paid for it and went to pick it up one week later BUT the car was not ready. I expect a certified Lexus from this dealership to be in drive off the lot condition. It was put into service for one week I had to pay for the flaw on the dash to be fixed there is still cosmetic things wrong which I will have to pay to fix. One of the two keys do not work? The mechanic service was fix so now the car drives great 3 weeks later. The service department was the best part of my experience. This is not the first car I have purchased online but it was the worst experience car purchase from a so called “Oldest Lexus dealership in Florida “
