They rush you through training as others have written, then QA dings you if you say words like "okay" on the phone. They also say your call sweeps ( reviews) don't count towards QA averages while in training, but use them to fire or retain you as needed. Robots answering the phone is what they want.

Every full time employee at this company knows exactly what's going on. I only pray to God that all of you receive your rightful karma whether in this life or after. You people are absolutely the worst to work for and it's all intentionally the way they fire people. YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR MALPRACTICE IN THE WAY YOU TREAT YOU EMPLOYEES.

Worst company to work for I worked there for almost three weeks they Beverly train you the right way training is only 3 days and then they put you on the phones I got sick the last 2 days of nesting and they fired me because they said My QA score was really low of course it will be I was sick for 2 days and I couldn't come to work before I left my QA was 83 horrible God forgive me this the worst place to work for. They need to shut it down

Very rude woman Named Becky needs to be retrained and taught not to take aggressive tones and not talk over someone while they are in the middle of a sentence. The most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. I see why they are so low rated. If I were capital one I would pull the plug on this call center. I was placed on a hold for five minutes just to be hung up on. Definitely reporting this to the better Business bureau!!!
