Dropped off my old mower for repair. Was told it would be ready by Friday. I waited two weeks and call to check on it. Was told they would call me back. Waited another week and call back. He said Ill call you back in 10 minutes. Never received the call back. Call back again and he told me he would go check on it. Its been 4 weeks now. I said I did want to spend much on it because it was old. He called back and said I would be almost $700 to fix it. Needless to say, I didnt want to have it fixed A waste of 4 weeks

Look What I can say about them they take a long time to fix anything you have to keep getting on to them at least every week once or 2 times a week because it's Going take a couple months And they do not honor warranty that good when you get it the day After when you got it back They didn't decide to check my battery to see if it's going dead And that's one of the main reasons I was there They had to fix the problem where the battery would not go dead no more So after spending $900 for the complete tune up they did not I cover a silly part
