Soap Opera Laundromat

Washers work "well enough" and they don't require a laundry card like some places. However, washers sometimes don't fill, or they flood because the gaskets are bad, or today they just take money and the eject button doesn't work. The dryers sometimes don't heat sufficiently OR they burn clothing. If they don't heat it's better, but it will take extra time and money. There are no staff members. They only post a number you can text on WhatsApp, which autogenerates bathroom codes.

I thought I'd found a good laundromat until today. Change machine was down both sides although only one side was lit up. Had to go to an adjacent store after texting the number on the wall of the laundromat which gives a number to text for any problems with equipment. I called that number, left a voicemail, texted 2 or 3 times, sent pictures and then when I tried to leave another message on the phone the mailbox was full. EVERYONE there was inconvenienced. When I went to Aldi next door, the girl said people had been going there for "days" for change. I don't call that a good business. Not to mention the place was a mess and the barrels were overflowing with trash. Happy New Year!

At night always homeless and mental ill meandering inside and outside this laundromat. one just kicked down the trash can. I've seen up to three people sleep in there at night This place is unacceptable
