II paid this co up front when we had lots of rain. They were doing my neighbors yard( it was dessling). I wanted my done , they did the front but not the back because it was to wet. I was told theyll wait for the back to dry( now they said they never said that. Now it was they didnt have time to come my way. But they cashed my check. Then the hurricane came so they couldnt come. I just got a bill for 80.00 for this month. Lots of nerve, they havent finished last month. I dont recommend this co. I want one who Stands by there word. Dont recommend. I wanted to inform... If you're looking for a landscaper, Do NOT Use R&R Landscaping & Lawn Care. I asked for 18 Yellow ixora plants to add curb appeal and color to the neighborhood, what I got were flowerless plants (that eventually will get Red -not yellow- flowers)and that were spaced unevenly. They were planted in grey sand- not potting soil. I was charged $18 per plants for plants I didn't ask for and were chosen for me. They lack communication. I was rescheduled twice and given excuses as to why they couldn't make it (there was zero percent of rain on both days of reschedule).Their website claims that they take pride in creating your vision and will meet your expectations, yet when I communicated my dissatisfaction- I was yelled at, there was no offer to fix the job, no solutions or alternatives offered, yet demanded payment. They have zero customer service skills. I've never been treated so badly by a servicer. Services: Tree planting, Landscape design

Rose and Ryan have serviced my house for about a year now and we have been wanting to add to our home's curb appeal. Rose and Ryan were able to come up with a plan that suited mine and my husband's needs. We were looking for something that would really make our house pop but did not know where to begin. The crew got the job done in the time frame quoted and the job looks just how they said it would GORGEOUS!
