Customer service should be #1 in any busienss. I work directly with developers, GCs and other realtors and this busienss isnt what I would recommend to them. Decided to try them out, I wanted to surprise my mom with her dream kitchen. Saw the beautiful photos and talked to Caroline. My moms cabinets were installed and they ended up being the wrong size! The top of the cabinets are basic. We asked for 42in cabinets and received 30in.. all women want their kitchen to have space well instead of fixing the issue, Caroline was unresponsive after making promises to fix the issue. We already paid thousands of dollars 8k+ for the kitchen makeover. My mom ended up paying out of pocket $4000+ to get the cabinets we requested and countertops during install had chip and a crack. We spent a lot of money here and the least you could do is fix the issue from a mistake youve done. We have emails, photos for proof that I will add to here as well. My mom stated her Caroline husband was very nice and willing to fix the issue however Caroline stated otherwise and has my mom pay to get things right!!! Horrible, Im very upset with this happening to my elderly mom. Waisted money and the kitchen looks disturbing. My mom has a full service daycare and no one is a fan of the design. After reviewing concerns with certain aspects of our kitchen, Marvis provided a very qualified individual to complete the work. Product quality of our cabinets are excellent.
