      image Booked with them for 1pm. Showed up an hour and a half early when I was not there. Very rude to our staff. Kind of a jerk. Then could not pick the lock needed and ended up using a coat hanger.
      Not professional at all. Go elsewhere.

      Hi John, Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Usually when a customer is locked out, we make them a priority. Sometimes we can get to you early, this way you don't have to wait to access inside. Door locks are opened by using several tools and methods. There is a tool that is used for under the door. But it is not a coat hanger. It is used to unlock lever handles when picking isn't possible. We use this under door tool so you don't have to have lock drilled and replaced. This saves you money. It is more expensive to drill out lock and replace. If you have any questions, please give me a call.Catherine
