Sold me a wedding band that was supposed to be 10kt, and when taken to different jewelry store for appraisal turns out it was 8kt Even went back to purchase an another item because they do have good service. As a jeweler you should know the quality of your product and should stand by it but apparently that is not the case. When one idiot leaves an other enters is what there thinking, I dont recommend this location and if you purchased here before you should have your jewelry tested as well. Amd dont last the nice service fool you like it did me they are over priced, I found out what the last I was looking for was found somewhere else $1,100 cheaper. This is not a fake review unfortunately it is way too real. If he has an any questions he knows I was a customer and should have my number if he would like to talk about Im availabl. Thank you

I went into this business and ordered a 14k cross pendant and was charged for 14k. When I got the pendant it says 10k. This is what I get for not going to my jeweler.. The best prices are at Liberty Jewelers on MLK Blvd
