They have lost my business & my respect. The owner, DJ, called me a few years ago to ask for my Homeowner's business & it's been a disappointment ever since. He & Rachel have made repeated mistakes, among which nearly caused a lapse in the HO's coverage on one policy - of which I had to inform them & rectify - and caused Escrow Shortages of over $2000 with a another lender on another property THEY DON'T EVEN HANDLE {but wanted to...} last year & would have again, if I hadn't JUST caught their mistake last week & again, with no help from them, rectify. When they do bother to respond, they "assure" me they do not make mistakes, but both lender's detailed account notes proved otherwise - MCI either gives them wrong policy information or just simply fails to return their phone calls. I have wasted countless hours on the phone w insurance companies & lenders trying to figure things out, fix their mess and any attempts by my lenders &/or me to communicate with both DJ & Rachel are almost no avail, except to brush off blame onto everyone else - again, if they even bother to respond at all. DON'T expect a return call, even when you ask repeatedly. They will open emails {thanks, Mailtrack}, but simply ignore. Due to their lack of professionalism, respect & accountability, I would recommend going elsewhere.
