        Disrespectful attitude. I called to ask for homeowner insurance. The agent said my house is too old and started to laugh. Then asked when did I changed my roof. I said I just bought the house about 2 years, not sure when was the roof being replaced, but remember I was told it's about 15-20 years old. Then the agent asked: YOU replaced your roof 20 years ago? Then he started to laugh again. I told him if he is not interested in the business then I do not need to answer all his questions and wasting each other's time. I do not appreciate this attitude, it is very improper, the agent needs to work on his communication skills.
