We had a great experience with Minute Maids! The booking process was super easy and Jonathan guided us through booking process for our home. We were going to do bi-weekly cleans but were so happy with how detailed the cleaning was that we changed to weekly! We are glad we finally found the right cleaners for our home and would recommend them to anyone!

I employed this service twice. The first time around I had questions, however, they completed their task satisfactorily.......stick the evil you know. The second time around was a disaster.....I was given the run around, they showed up a day and a half late, the job was half completed yet they charged my card 86%of the fees discussed so overall I felt disappointed and scammed.
I will definitely NOT be employing their services in the future and I wouldn't even refer them to my worst enemy.

Upon reviewing the details of your feedback, we want to clarify a few inaccuracies in your review and we want to provide clarity on the unfortunate circumstances that led to the less-than-ideal experience. We value consistency, and the "run-around" you mentioned was due to unforeseen circumstances that we sincerely apologize for:The cleaner assigned to your home encountered car issues on the scheduled day, and despite our best efforts, we were unable to secure a replacement on such short notice, prompting a rescheduling for the next day. When the cleaner arrived the next day, they completed a significant portion of the cleaning. However, as a courtesy, they stopped at a reasonable time to not be at your home too late and informed your wife, respecting the boundaries of a residence.Unfortunately, the following day, our cleaner needed to attend to a sudden family emergency due to their son's injury, making it impossible to finish your cleaning. We understand this was inconvenient and apologize for the unforeseen disruption.Following this disruption, we called you to apologize and offered to send another cleaner the same day to finish the job. We said we would call you back to confirm everything. However, despite calling you 8 times, texting, and emailing we were unable to reach you for confirmation and access to your home. Regarding the charged amount, it accurately reflects the cleaning completed based on our initial discussion with you and time spent. We understand your concern, but due to the circumstances, this charge was accurate and fair.We take pride in providing reliable and consistent service, and we deeply regret that unforeseen events impacted your experience.
