Green Bee Maids

I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided by Greenbee Maids and wanted to warn others of my experience. There's plenty of cleaning companies out there.... STAY AWAY from this one!When filling out the online form, I selected "deep clean" and "baseboards" for a ~800ft house that totaled $215 (the next option was ~1300sq ft which was way over). However, upon arriving, the employee obviously wanted to do the minimum. Since my house is 888ft, he had to call his supervisor and facetime her so I guess they could charge me more? But since no one informed me they were coming and I had to have the house cleaned the day, I already started on the living room and kitchen. I told them that I can finish the living room, if they could finish the rest of the house including the kitchen that was pretty much done already.They finished cleaning the rest of the entire house in the time it took me to finish cleaning the living room (which I had started an hour before). They completely skipped the only actual bedroom in the house and did a poor job on the bathroom. They didn't touch the sink in the kitchen, the blinds and some of the baseboards (that I paid extra for!). I'm not sure what I paid $215 for and have received far better service from other companies for way less (and they cleaned the entire house).The worst part of it is the professionalism and lack of accountability of management. After the employee called her, she texted me to confirm that "we will be doing the three bedrooms and one bathroom. The cleaners will take before and after photos for your records". So I texted her back to let her know that one bedroom was completely untouched and the bathroom was poorly done. She responded the next day asking for pictures! Since I had a deadline to have my house cleaned by, I didn't take pictures before cleaning it myself and didn't think I had to since she said they would. The lack of accountability shows the Company's values in providing good service and therefore, should be avoided at all costs.

We have used Green Bee for 3 services now. The first service was great and they cleaned everything that was needed. The second, was a lot quicker but also did what was needed and appreciated it. Our third service was today and our service arrival time is between 2 and 4. They arrived at 1 pm, an hour early, which is very inconvenient when working from home and planning cleaning around work. My fianc had the office door closed while on a work call and our cleaning crew tried opening the door to come in and clean. He ended up having to go in the backyard to work so the vacuum wasnt in the background. We plan the day around having them come so having them come early is very inconvenient when it comes to work purposes. Services: General housekeeping, Deep clean

Do NOT hire this company. The first time they came to our home they did okay, but still missed some things that would have taken 10 seconds that we specifically pointed out beforehand. The second time they barely did anything at all besides sweep the stairs in two whole hours AND they left 20m early without saying a word. I had to go back and clean/dust everything myself. The third time they didnt show up and I had to reach out to them for another team and day because they said the team was no longer with them. Low and behold they didnt show up the next time either when I specifically needed them that week because we were having company over. When I reached out to them about it they first acted like they came when they didnt because I was home and have security cameras and Ring. Then they said they didnt even know who I was and must have mixed me up with somebody else despite having been texting and contacting them from the same number for over a month. They finally send a team out and they came inside, asked me what I wanted done, and then told me they dont speak English. Then they laughed as they held a translator app to my face before leaving, and sat playing on their phones in the car for 20+ minutes I finally told them to leave and sent photos to their manager who then lied and said that it wasnt their car? Thank god I have security cameras to show it was them and the time stamps. Horrible and unreliable service, look elsewhere.
