        Excellent hotel Rooms: Nice and clean

        We have been here for two nights and have encountered the following issues so far: no hot water in any of the guest rooms (how is this still an issue the second day!?), room was not cleaned today and we were told that they dont clean rooms every day (what!? Every other SpringHill we have stayed at cleans every night), one of the elevators is broken, lights are flickering in the hallways, and no complementary bottled water like you get at every other Marriott hotel as a rewards member, etc. This place is a dump compared to other competitors in the same price range. Avoid at all costs.
