Staybridge Suites Tampa East- Brandon, an IHG Hotel

I have a pleasant stay while here for Fun N Sun. The only thing that I can say the television sucked no local channels NBC, CBS, ABC, other channels were spotty at most. I don't know if their system needs to be rebooted or just update.

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament. Lots of positives of our stay! - the assistant manager Shacara Sneed was probably the nicest front desk person I ever encountered in a hotel -spacious rooms - nice feee breakfast - dog friendly with grassy areas to walk -reasonably priced -we were with a large group and had to book through a 3rd party company and we thought we were getting a double sleeper sofa but it was a single and we didnt have a sleeping spot for one of our guests. The assistant manager contacted the group sales person and got us an additional room complimentary so we had enough space for everyone. I thought this was going above and beyond as I would have been happy with a discounted room. -not much in the area but very accessible to several locations.

This hotel is a nice location for recreational visitors to Ybor City. Service is saved by the breakfast staff--they're killing it; but accommodations need some work. Out of 3 rooms for two nights, the smell was musty and the AC was loud and operating poorly.

This hotel was great! Clean and friendly. Delores was an amazing breakfast hostess! She was attentive and pleasant. This was the best breakfast at a hotel!! Thank you!
