Great place, really like it here. Beautiful design of the building and rooms. There is a lot of quiet space in the lobby or backyards where you can work,to me it's a really important part. Definitely recommend it!

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I just got at the Airport in Tampa, the first thing I did was call the hotel to ask information about the shuttle for the hotel, to know what time does it stop by etc. The man told me the shuttle should stop at 10:15/10:30. So I wait until 10:35. Nothing. I called again spoke with the same guy, he told me I should just wait, there was nothing he could do, the shuttle should be there at any moment, he was rude and was not worried about my situation, or satisfaction. It was 10:50 I cal a third time, this moment it was a lady, also rude, she told me I was in the wrong location, I was exactly where it says hotel shuttle - Red 1. She told me I was supposed to be at the car rental, I was at the wrong location and that probably wont have any other shuttles. At this point I was zero patient, and told her it was my third time calling, and no one gave me that information, she asked me with who I was talking to before, and I said I didnt know but it was a guy, so she just transferred my call to a guy who didnt even know what was going one, he as well didnt help to explain where the shuttle was or where should I wait for the shuttle, the only thing he told me was we are not responsible for the shuttle its another company, and you should just pay for a uber. At this point I just turned off. Really horrible customer service. If I ever need to stay in a hotel, it wont be with you.

Lei Rosario provided us the excellent service the hotel was amazing. Very nice, clean and didnt want to leave. Has a pool on the roof!! The beds was so comfortable and clean. Thank you Lei!! The only problem I have is I cannot leave 6 stars!!!
