    Friendly staff, but the website needs to be updated. There are no palliative care services available through them unless you are terminal, which basically makes it just hospice care. Please update your info!

    I wish I could give negative stars. My experience with this hospice has been a nightmare. I hesitate writing this because I feel terrible for the poor nurses that work for this company and dont want to reflect on them. The nurses and others from pink team that came to see my dad all seemed to be under a large amount of stress. So much that I felt like I should be helping them and not the other way around. A few shared that it is the higher ups making decisions that arent right. The communication, services and everything was just a mess. Nothing ever seemed to work out right. All the staff seemed to be under so much duress. It was stressful having them in my home. I asked for a manager to call on several occasions so I could voice my concerns for these poor people but no one called. Dad passed but Im left with more grief wondering what in the world goes on with this company. I worry about those poor hospice workers daily. I dont know what else to do other than write this review and hope the right person reads it. It sounds like they need a whole new higher up management team. Ive read some of the other reviews and I pray that someone please help them. I know the ones coming out to the house had the best intentions.
