        Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my review. I am a CNA with multiple agencies, one of them being Suncrest OMNI. I have worked for a handful of agencies over the past 8 years and I must be honest when I tell you that this is by far the worst one I have been employed at. I've rated the other agencies I work for 5 stars, but this one is not even close to that. It is very unorganized, unlike any agency that I have worked for. As someone who has done all kinds of CNA work in all types of settings, I can personally tell you I would never hire this agency for a loved one. Please take my warning and listen to the employees who know first hand what you could potentially experience. Do you and your loved one a favor and hire a professional agency.
