After surgery two weeks ago they sent a nurse once a week who basically did nothing and you never know what time they're coming or what day. They leave you phone numbers they don't answer and if you text you get one word answers. It's sad when people are in need you can't depend on those who are paid to care for you.

When I had my surgery at Brandon Hospital the Caseworker recommended this place to assist me in my healing process. These people are ridiculous they sent out a 70yr old fragile woman 98lb soak and wet to help 200lb+ Woman who can barely hold her own weight. Even during the assessment I almost fell along with her. I hurt myself trying not to fall on her and catching her small frame. Bet that wasnt in the report. Never the less I decided to deal with this tragedy on my own these people need to do better and assess the patients and nurse staff even if it just the initial assessment to ensure people are equally qualified to help the person they treating or assessing especially if you are charging them. I want my copay back for this visit. It caused more harm than good I ended up back in the hospital because of that visit.

My father recently went through a serious surgery and the hospital recommended this business. I call it a business because it is worse than I can describe. They should not have the word care as a part of their description. In one a one weeks course they came out once. They were supposed to have a physical therapist come out for my father. I called them so many times that I was too embarrassed to call. Bottom line, do your research and avoid this place at all costs. The chances are slim that youll have a good experience.

My Mother has been receiving home therapy from her recent brain surgery and this company has not been able to follow through on their "therapy sessions". There are days where the therapists do not show up after they say they will and when we call they say they don't have a back up. It makes me very sad that these therapy sessions affect the recovery outcome for her. I do not recommend anyone to use this company and will be contacting Medicare for other alternatives.
