We had an incredible experience at the Firestick Grill! Everything from the staff serving at the stations greeting me by name, the vast, fresh cuisine made with unique flare (like the pasta made in the cheese wheel), to the popular milkshake station awaiting you. Thank you Elise, for taking excellent care regarding my dietary restrictions. No one has been so attentive to detail and kind. Bring your appetite to Firestick Grill for their prime rib, lobster, sushi, and so much more! You'll score lots of points treating your special someone to an experience there.

The staff deserves 5 stars, they were professional and friendly. Now for the food.there is absolutely nothing nice I can say about any of it. Most disappointing was the lobster. I took a bite and immediately spit it out into my napkin. Did try another tail and there wasnt any difference. The grouper was over salty, lamb tough and dry. The vegetables looked beautiful, but were tasteless. For over a $100 a person I was expecting so much better. Save some money and pick a better place to eat.
