This company went beyond the ordinary to make sure there customer was completely satisfied ( myself ). I can't think of a better way to which they can make this company any better than what has been taught and searched for in direction of where this company is going. Thank you all for doing what you do, but from my point of view, above the ordinary!!!

Had some replacement glass cut for a bookshelf. Fast service and they held the pieces for us until we could get back to pick them up! Great service and very helpful. Thanks Derek!

We were forced to use AllServices Framless Glass by our builder and boy has it been a nightmare. Initially, we used him to use our mirror budget to install mirrors in our master bathroom. Somehow, they drilled the wrong size hole for our sconce that was going to be placed over the mirror and glued the mirror to the wall while leaving the mounting bracket for the sconce *behind* the mirror. I provide this much detail because you would assume they would take responsibility for their error but instead sent out their crew two times to tell me theres nothing they can do to fix it without breaking the mirror and they werent going to deal with that and left me to hire multiple electricians to solve their problem that cost me hundreds of dollars. Months later, Derek finally came out to remeasure a mirror for our guest bathroom. While he originally told me there would be a balance months earlier, he then told me that there would be no balance due for this and he would make the mirror work with the remaining money in our allowance so that he wouldnt have to get our builder involved since there was a lot of issues that had already happened with the previous mirror. Fantastic. Except, he has been asking me to pay a bill all of a sudden months after install. I suspect they are trying to recoup money from the first mirror that I patiently waited months for that their crew broke just outside my driveway. When this happened, I was told they would cut another piece and be back later in the day to finish the mirror because I was waiting * six months* for this mirror to be done. I was later told it would be 3 weeks but that was also not the case and nearly 2 months later it was finally installed. What a nightmare. Initially I wasnt going to air my grievances and let everything slide but Derek, the owner, has taken it upon himself to invoice me for a mirror months after install when we agreed there would be $0 balance for the mirror he installed. Regardless, I asked him to not text me but email me his concerns so we could loop our builder in who ultimately paid for his service. He hasnt done that but has instead insisted on sending numerous harassing texts. I wouldnt not work with him based on his concerning behavior, but of the quality of their work and their ability to stand behind their products.
