Dr. Sobia Ali, MD

I do not find Dr. Ali's office very professional. The call back about medications is 10 days later. Just overall very poor customer service.

I am not a person to make these comments, but I think that irresponsibility in the health sector must be taken into account. Today my mother supposedly had an appointment for very important results for which she had waited 15 days, but when she arrived they notified her that they could not see her due to problems with changing doctors and poor coordination and they still made her go there, They do not attend to her and they make an appointment for 10 more days!!!!! and when we asked for an explanation no one was able to provide it, we are really disappointed!!!!.

Recently, I sent a last minute text (12:30 pm) on a Friday afternoon asking about a medical issue and the appropriate meds. By 4:30 pm I had my answers, which relieved some of my anxiety. By Monday I was feeling much better. Concerning the staff, they are pleasent and professional. Appointments run on time, no sitting around wasting your day.

If I can give it a zero star I would. Dont waste your time going into this office they have rescheduled me about 3 times since before Christmas for a endoscopy. I finally had a my appointment scheduled for Jan 22,2024 and never received a call the day before in regards to what time I need to be there and where in the hospital I need to be. I called the office on wed Jan 18th to let them know that I need to be one of the first patients due to my sugar levels and the gentleman that answered the phone tells me you need to call and let them know. First off you are the health care worker thats your job not mine. I left a message when I called the hospital so youd think by now they wouldve called me to let me know of my procedure. I am so pissed this office is so unorganized and unprofessional. What pisses me off the most is that I am really in need of this procedure due to stomach issue. Now I have to look for another DR and start all over. I will never recommend this office.Mind you I had to change my work schedule multiple times and find child care for my baby. I have a life just as you. Patients times are just as important as your time. Its not always about you Dr.Sobia!!

Dr Sobia is such a wonderful Dr. She has a sweet and compassionate bedside manner. Listens to your problems and she was able to help me in the past with my stomach issues. Definitely recommend
