This chandelier was a must have for me. When we first started the design process with our builder, I went back and forth on beams for the vaulted ceilings. Unfortunately, the overall cost wasn’t really worth it in my book, so I immediately started looking for the perfect light fixture that would really make a statement. This is one of my favorite sites to order from. I’ve never had problems with delays or shipping going to the wrong places or even similar problems I’ve experienced when trying to order from much larger furniture dealers.

I don’t usually expect this quality of customer service from a website. The woman I worked with over email worked very hard to resolve an international shipping issue, and she did it fast enough that the order wasn’t even delayed.
