These people will tell you anything to get a sale. Spent thousands of dollars and only 3 years later this floor is sagging and separating. Save your money go somewhere else!

I went to floor decor today and everyone was very friendly trying to get my tile and my grout but I got confused on which color to go with so Desmond I believe that was his name suggested a designer help me out .I waited patiently over by the department she did come over after about 10 minutes because I believe she was on her break. When she got there, I was never treated more rude in my entire life. And I dont say that lightly. The first thing she said was, I didnt even wanna come over here. You already have your mind made up ! I said well Ive gotten several opinions and I just wanted a designers professional opinion, and she said why are you asking for their opinion if youve already made your mind up. her face is very snarly all the time shes talking. I have never told this woman that Ive made my mind up. I was wanting her opinion. Ive been trying to call the manager all day so I did not have to write this review and I was just going to tell him personally. I let the phone ring several times and called five times but no one ever answered. This particular designer has dark mid length hair about 5 feet 5 inch tall. I didnt catch her name, its was about 11 oclock today. but if that is considered professionalism then I will never shop at the store again. I believe floor decor should let this woman go. I have never ever said that before. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. it puts this company below average, which, now everyone else has to suffer, because they were so kind and considerate. Its true one bad apple cant spoil the whole bunch.

I couldnt be happier with my new floors! Flooring specialist Matthew Montesano went out of his way to get my business from the start, even explaining what quotes from competitors meant. He was friendly and followed up often as I was getting many estimates. Im beyond happy with my choice of Perfect Choice Flooring! The floors are beautiful and the stairs are the best part (other companies told me the stairs couldnt be done in laminate and would have to be carpet). Whenever I ran into a problem, Matthew and Perfect Choice went out of their way to solve it in a way that made me happy. The company is focused on customer satisfaction and it shows in every step of the process! If youre considering them, do it! You wont be disappointed.
