Kathy and her team at Carpet Ladies were amazing. First Ken came out with samples to my St. Petersburg home multiple times until we found just the right luxury vinyl plank flooring and luxury carpet to match. Kathy then got the order in and delivered in less than two weeks during the "supply chain crisis." She coordinated the two teams doing the flooring and even arrived in person the day the project and started to pull up flooring herself. She identified an unexpected issue under the flooring and then once again managed to adapt the process to address the broken tiles under the old LVP and still managed to coordinate the teams even as the schedule had to be adjusted. She communicated long distance after the project was done to make sure all the final finishes were completed as promised. Everyone was professional along the way and Kathy's interest as president of the company added such a personal touch to the entire process. Highly recommend Kathy, Ken and Carpet Ladies!!

Great turnout of our remodeled project that went from astroturf carpet to a high quality pattern carpet for our lower level music room.
See photo where I am standing in picture wearing black. My wife and I are super pleased of the services from this company.
We will certainly hire them for our offices in a nearby commercial building.
