I purchased a new house and steward flooring America did the bathroom in less then a year all the tile falls off the floor which resulted in water damage they claimed is was just a bad batch of material that was used they will fix it but its been almost 3 months and they refused to fix it properly all they are trying to do is cut corners a picture worth a thousand words Ill let you be the judge of that. Ive been very patient and they acted like they are doing me a favor but they are the ones who did a terrible job the worst I ever seen. Be aware of who you choose to work for you and I would advise you to reach out to the people who posted the good and bad reviews about their work especially the bad reviews. Ill definitely answer any questions regarding the work they did in my bathroom Ill be back with updates on the matter. See pictures for yourself. One year old bathroom in a brand new house. Steward flooring America is just terrible and unprofessional. They scheduled multiple times where I had called out from my job twice and they didnt show up nothing very disrespectful. They dont even deserve a start and I see reviews from Lennar home customers here too so that show its nothing new they just dont care. I cant understand why Lennar homes hire them when they have been a lot complained. My next is social media.
