        They have extremely poor communication and lack of accountability. They came to do warranty work on our home from improper installation and had to come back a second time to fix the floors because they installed damaged hardwood. When they fixed the damaged boards they damaged our doorframe. Their response was we do not replace or install anything like that. If you damage someones home doing work it does not matter if your company doesnt handle that kind of work your company should be the ones organizing the repair and apologizing for the damage caused. I would not recommend this company.

        One of their drivers almost caused a serious accident on 75. When I called to inform the company of the driver's behavior, I was promptly hung up on. If they install floors like they drive and handle complaints I would stay far away!!
