Scott Paul Davis, Board Certified Marital and Family Law Attorney

Based on what I have seen from this office, I would never hire him. His interactions seemed shady and not in line with ethical conduct.

I can't say enough great things about Scott Davis. He is very thorough and his knowledge of the law is second to none. Mr. Davis went above and beyond, making the divorce process as painless as it can possibly be. If you need a great litigator who will fight for you, I highly recommend Scott Davis and his firm.

Scott took over my post judgement family court case that had lingered for 3 years, he got it resolved within weeks! One of the things I have learned is that you need an attorney that is not trying to win a popularity contest with other attorneys like the prior firm that mishandled my case. The owner of my prior firm bullied me into hiring their "bestie", another a family law attorney, to be the guardian ad litem in my case. He did the WORST job, I found a criminal report on him for sexual battery and recently found he was also charged for BATTERY/ domestic abuse against yet another woman in 2020. That guardian ad litem they pushed on me was even forced by the court to surrender his firearms. I also found that he had websites dedicated to only helping men beat women in court, he obviously was not looking out for the best interests of my children. You need an attorney that is not afraid to fight for you and doesn't make you feel that you must use an obvious woman abuser as a guardian ad litem. Save your money, get someone who is not looking to line their pockets by dragging your case out for years and years. Hire Scott Davis to represent you!

I cannot say enough about Scott and his firm. I have been working with him for over half a decade now on a highly contentious 3 year divorce and custody case and then further post divorce issues regarding custody, support and relocation for an additional 2. Throughout this time, Scott has worked diligently and tirelessly to represent me through mediations, seemingly endless filings, court appearances/trials, etc. and provided incredibly high quality and thorough legal representation, professionalism and truly extensive knowledge of the law from his many years in practice and in the courtroom. He was also incredibly caring, helpful and kind when listening to my many concerns or issues over the years, walking me through complicated legal issues that I didnt understand, talking me through many options, problems, etc. While my ex-husband switched firms 4+ times throughout our cases, I stuck with Scott for good reason, and truly am grateful for him and his tireless efforts for me and my family, endless hard work, and patience over these years. He is absolutely tough and firm when he needs to be, but also compassionate and understanding, a very necessary balance in such emotional and trying issues that come up in family law cases. His level of knowledge and expertise and his attention to detail are impeccable, and he advises honestly with true care for you and your family. I would highly recommend him for any family law issues, you will be in great hands.
