Kept me on phone for 30 minutes explaining the painful details of the probate breach of FIDUCIARY DUTY case I need help with and the price to help me file a petition to object to waive final accounting was $525/hour and estimated at $40,000.00 !!!! I hung up on the greedy jerk.

I would like to say that my experience with Brian was nothing less the awesome. I think what we take for granted is that when we have Financial troubles it's really hard to know who we can trust to guide us in these matters. Well I had talk with another law firm first and I could tell that they we just telling me what I wanted to hear. They really tried to pressure me into signing up with them right away at a really high fee. I did't feel comfortable with this tactic, this is what lead me to Brian Buchert Law Office. I could tell from our first meeting that Brian had integrity. He was knowledgeable in the process and gave me a really good ideal of what to expect. Most important he didn't make me feel as if I was alone in the process and that he understood that we all make mistakes.
