I began working with Ardor Health Solutions in June 2023, and I'm delighted to say that it is a company that genuinely values its caregivers, clients, and employees. What I find most inspiring is the little things they do every day. For instance, Ardor sends new external caregivers and internal employees welcome packets. Additionally, the internal team is incredibly supportive of one another, translating into better care for healthcare workers and facility clients. Working at Ardor feels like being part of a family, and I'm proud to be #Ardorstrong.

I have been requesting for the past 5 years that they take me off of their contact list yet I get frequent unsolicited texts and emails. Unprofessional.

I contacted this company about a specific location and position and was told yes it was available and yes to my start date. I was then harassed with multiple phone calls and texts daily until I signed a contract which conveniently dropped $97 per the conversation I had with the recruiter , but was actually $150 on the contract. I was upset but was at work so I signed to get the ball rolling. Come to find out, the contract was for 13 weeks and the start date was 2 weeks after the date we agreed on. The onboarding was horribly miscommunicated and strung along. I was told I missed the deadline for 2 tests I never received an email about. I was told all week I could start on my originally requested start date until Friday when it couldnt happen. I waited another whole week thinking I would start the next Monday (the whole time my recruiter is indicating he does t understand it and of course Ill start next week) to be told, no, in fact my start date was one I never agreed on, but 2 weeks later. This company is full of liars and thieves. Do not work for them or hire them. Update: there is a $1000 completion bonus that they will not mention to you and will forget to pay you. Be wary because you have to work all contracted hours and orientation is usually not a full week. I had to fight for a 3 week extension at my location even though the floor manager was begging me to stay. I was even threatened that it would affect my bonus pay if I didnt take a full 13 week assignment which is a whole different contract so that made zero sense. I had to argue with the company about it since my recruiters manager contacted me to handle my request for a 3 week extension. The only time Ive ever had an issue getting a short extension. My recruiter apparently left the company without a word to me. Terrible company, still do not recommend. Go with anyone else.
