        'Graduated' from there in 1952. Then on to Madison 'Jr. High' & H.B. Plant HS. Mable Nelson was the Principle at Roosevelt.

        Our kids have been going here for a year now and I am blown away by how well organized this schoolIs and how well they communicate with parents! We have a 2nd and 5th grader and I've always been pleased with their teachers, the staff is very professional and has always been helpful when I had questions or when I was at the school to visit. The grounds of this school are so well kept, the security here gives me comfort as well, so many resource officers and lots of teachers out helping kids when it's time for final bell. Teachers are great at communicating here, we couldn't make it to our sons parent teacher conference so she called us and had a phone conference instead, they are so good at working around busy schedules too! Highly recommend this school to anyone in the area.
