Best Buy

Be careful when Buying from Best Buy. They will sign you up for monthly services that you did not request. Services that "come" with the product. I bought a chromecast for $35, and got charged $21 a month for 10 months on my debit card on some tech support protection plan. Does that makes sense eat all?

Was looking for a new TV for my daughter and found exactly what we were looking for. The gentleman helping us was a great help and suggested some different products. we ended up getting one of the products that he suggested. We always enjoy going to Best buy!

Great customer service from everyone inside. They maintain their distance and wear masks but it doesn't stop them from helping you get the item or information you need! The items I wanted we're not on the shelves unfortunately. Someone was able to go into the back and find what I was looking for as well as order the other item to the store for me as well. Curbside pickup is available however it seems as though something was wrong with their system and they were not able to get to the customers outside in a timely manner. The issue was quickly resolved when they realized how many people were waiting.

I liked the drive up experience here. I bought a chest freezer and brought my sedan to pick it up. The person who brought out the freezer and loaded the freezer made me very clear what to do next after reaching home to settle the freezer. It was a short but good experience here during this pandemic.

Very disappointed. Barely anything in stock and staff is slow to help.
