thanks SO Much .. love OSH and love this business. i got a generator two years ago from someone else CRINGE and last summer was just 100% stress which hurt my health. too long of a story to tell BUT THIS summer I called THIS company to help me figure out the issue .. NUMBER ONE kind on the phone treated me with respect and listened to my sad story.. OUT comes the tech who educated me and SOLVED a year long problem. I feel safe again. PLEASE do yourself a BIG favor .. if you want a generator GO NO FURTHER> this IS the company to use and pay. if only i had started with them first .. but NOW i will tell EVERYONE about them.. and i am calling GENERAC and letting them know as well. HONEST KIND RESPECTFUL.. this is what we NEED with service.. i am a big fan forever!!! oxox

Thank you Generac SuperCenter of Tampa!! Unbelievable customer customer in this day and age when I call at 3:30pm on a Friday and the manager Colten and owner Gabe come out themselves that Friday night to make sure I don't go 4 days without my pool pump working due to a bad circuit on my Smart Management Module (SMM) that controls the loan shedding for my generator which controls my pool pump. Buying a generator is one thing, a Generac is a Generac is a Generac. To me what matters is, are they going to be there to help going forward if something goes wrong? There is no doubt the team at Generac SuperCenter of Tampa are there for you! Even before this issue, they always have gone above and beyond from the first time I met the sales rep, through install and annual maintenance appointments. Peace of mind is important to me and I trust they have my back! If you are looking for a generator, do yourself a favor and call the team at Generac SuperCenter of Tampa! Thanks guys! Michael H.
