        Customer service is horrible!!! No communication. Rude employees Aliecya and Kat tells me They have over 500 customers. They can't communicate with me. I need to go to a mom and pop cleaners. What kind of stupid response is that? I should not have to bring my items back two three times because they are not clean. I pick up items and you guys don't say anything about the spots not being cleaned but supposed to have tag them when I dropped off but never does. And it's not about not being able to clean a spot because after me dropping them off for the second time they get them out. So you're not unable to. You're just not doing your job!

        The lady at the counter was super nice and very helpful. Gave 1 star because my comforter came back ripped now she did tell me that could happen so I appreciate that but sucks they it did rip. Also before the comforter got cleaned it was soft and fluffy and after it was cleaned it was flat and kind of hard. Just never had that happen to a comforter before so was disappointed.
