    Writing this in hopes management or corporate sees it. PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE FOR THIS LOCATION AND PAY THEM DECENTLY. The way this place is operating is absolutely insane. I can never reach anyone on the phone, i have sat on hold forever and get hung up on by rhe automated system more times than i can count, &have to make unnecessary trips there because of it... and the service when I get there takes FOREVER. I don't have any issues with the staff, they have been nice and apologized for being understaffed but this is ridiculous. Please pay attention to this location and help turn it around

    The people that work here are very pleasant and helpful but it was very unfortunate to wake up 7 in the morning to get cold medicine for the baby to find out that they don't open until 9 why lie about Hours??? what was the purpose????

    Terrible experience. They lie to your face, they say that there is no one who speaks Spanish. They hang up the phone. They tell you that they don't have to call to transfer medications for them when they know it's their responsibility to call the other pharmacy. As bad as people feel and have to deal with this disrespect, that's abusive.

    I had a Covid appointment set up. I got to the drive thru pharmacy window 30 minutes early, no cars in line. I was the only car there. Not once did I get acknowledged, I was never told they would be with me shortly, nothing. I know they saw me there, one of the girls even wakes up to the window as if she was going to assist me and walked away. It took the same girl that came to the window the first time over half an hour to come and ask me if I had been helped yet! Are you serious! Not to mention there was about 5 people there and most of the time it looked like they were just standing there.

    I would love to think more training for your staff would be beneficial for them and the customers. Unfortunately, employee's like "Johan", should simply not interact with the public. He should be working in a warehouse or something more "independent' of interactions with the public or other people. I came though the drive through to pick up a prescription. Johan told me there was no prescription for me and to contact the provider. Well, I did. She told me the date and time ands store number it was sent to the store. I called and someone else, found it. for some reason it was under my maiden name. I had never even told the prescriber what my maiden name was. No idea how or why It was not correct. But, regardless I was happy they found it. I went to pick it up. Johan, again at the drive through. He asks my name, I tell him. I also tell him I believe its under my maiden name (unsure if the tech on the phone had to merge profiles because of insurance). He tells me "all your prescriptions are closed". I am so confused. We discuss this for a few moments. I tell him that the tech earlier told me it was here and ready. Ultimately he finds it under my maiden name. Proceeds to argue with me that I should have told him my maiden name to begin with. Just bad bad customer service. Embarrassed and incompetent he argues with me. Failing to ever actually listen. Shame on Walgreens overall as a corporation. You won't ever find good people. Johan, you can make the same amount of money working at a warehouse, with less frustration. Walgreens won't notice or suffer, but I have no recourse except to try the CVS down the street instead. I used this Walgreens for convenience. However, if I have to make 2 trips and a phone call, that defeats the point.
