they are extremely racist. They refused to use my health insurance to pay for medications for allergies, muscle spasms and ibuprofen. The white female pharmacy technician was clearly is rude and racist. I waited for 2 hours for nothing just to have to pay out of pocket for medication. They claim my medication card is expired. I called the card and it said my insurance was sending a new card but it's in New York and I stay in Florida now

Been here for my passport photograph, staff were helpful. I had to do it two times in the past one year. Earlier didnt had any issues and photo was very quick. Recently the waiting period has increased and I had to wait for > 30 mins for the digital copy to arrive in email.

Walked in for Covid and Flu vaccines, staff were friendly and helpful, and I could tell the person giving the vaccines had experience and skill.

its good to know im not the only one this pharmacy has treated like garbage. ive given it 3 shots but every. single. time. i end up waiting over an hour for my medication when i call before. 2 of the times ive had my medication sent here they never received the prescription so ive had to play phone tag with my doctors office for them to resend it. its pretty annoying when youre waiting for 45 min- an hour everytime and you have to listen to the young, whiny voiced, techs talking and not doing their job. as someone who works in healthcare, this is a sad excuse for a pharmacy and they should really consider finding different, more considerate, and more competent staff.
