John Coros is the president of Tampa General Hospital and makes 1million 3 as his salary. Mr Coros is no where found, he is probably enjoying a golf game while cancer patients wait in the heat to be seen. A 20 minute infusion takes about 3 to 4 hrs. I have been a patient at the cancer center for over 5 yrs and the wait times keep getting worse. We tried to see Mr. Coros about this and many other issues but you have to be buzzed in and you are asked why you need to see him. For years my husband and I have been asking if there is a Director of Nursing and their answer is they have no idea who this person is. Where is everyone? They must be sleeping. My hope is that someone investigates this situation. I will be contacting Medicare and Joint Commission to see if perhaps there is something that can be done. In the meantime, I have had enough and will be moving on to another facility who cares for the people of Tampa.
