Priti Patel, MD Palm Medical Centers - Forest Hills

Awesome. I have been going to them for a while and this is the best doctor's office I have been to. Other doctors as well as doctor offices have not worked out for me. All of the doctors here which I have seen are just awesome and the staff is great! There's much more I can say about my experience here through the years but to sum it all up, awesome and at this point I don't see myself going to another primary care physician except this one.

They always seem to call me when Im still in the hospital instead of calling me to schedule a follow up after Im discharged, when I dont answer they seem to call my family which I find inappropriate and lack of privacy. Most of the time I dont go to this facility because they always forget to have the doctor send in my medication and most of the time they cant help me so I just refer to my own team of specialist. May have to unfortunately change doctors. I tried them out for 2 years and tried understanding but Havent had the best experience with them.

The staff is always polite, and professional. I have an overwhelming fear of needles, and Ms. Raiza goes out of her way to help me relax, and does her job with no discomfort to me at all. I am no longer nervous about my visits to the Dr.

I'am very happy here with all the staff and My doctor Mr Desai he's wonderful and always working on a plan with me to get better when i'am sick blessing to every one there
