Dr. Michael Scannon

Dr. Scannon is AMAZING. I've been fighting 2 areas of itchy skin for years. Tried everything recommended with no results or worse. He recommended 2 products and less than a week later I'm better!!! GENIUS!!!! Thank You Dr. Scannon!!! Icing on the cake is his staff is so super friendly and helpful.

My aunt went twice to see Dr. Scannon, both with scheduled appointments. He told her he didn't have time to see her each appointment, and yet still charged her two $50 copays. They gave her another appointment time in a card, and when she called to double check and confirm, they told her that they had no record of it. Steer clear.

Very friendly staff, and a quick and easy check-in process and visit. The doctor was knowledgeable and made me fee comfortable during my appointment. I would definitely recommend.

I had my biopsy done August 18th , Ive left several voicemails and even reached out to the office manager Cyndy who responded via text message that my results were not in . Then I waited a week later and called once again, no response so was forced to leave Michelle yet another voicemail which she did call me back that time saying the PA was out on vacation and was approving the biopsy results and she would call me back . STILL NO RESPONSE and its Sept.20th ! A little over a month later and no one has called to give me my results . Its concerning and quite unprofessional. The day of the appointment, the PA was right on time and I was in and out quickly. She was really nice and took her time to listen to my concerns. But they definitely need to work on a better protocol to relay the patients their results. I even did the patient portal and NOT even on their have my results been uploaded.
