        This is one of those companies that operates solely on voicemail and rarely a call back. We are a commercial property with 48 washers and dryers. One 3 year old Speedqueen (of course out of the extended warranty by a few months) has a burned up motor that needs replacing. We were told a 2 week turnaround. It has now been over a month with no call backs from Statewide with 3 previous messages being left on their voicemails. Very nice folks, but a poorly run business.

        Tried 3 times to get a price of new dryers,even went in to the store ,never got back to me ,once they sent out a salesman he never got back to me,how difficult is it to just give me a price,I'm amazed this company is still in business.
