This is my first review ever of a dentist and I highly advise patients stay away. I moved to USF and went to Dr. Tiffenberg for my routine 6 month cleaning since his office was close to the university. On my first visit, I was diagnosed with periodontitis/gum disease and told to come back every 3 months for a deep cleaning (most of which isn't covered by insurance). I went to Dr. Tiffenberg for about 2 years until I graduated and moved to Orlando. My dentist there re-did my measurements and I was told that I do not have any gum disease. Dr. Tiffenberg and the hygienists seemed nice but I guess they were just looking to make a quick profit off of their patients. Avoid at all costs!
