Im confirming that the best thing happened to my sister getting the best treatment I call the office around 10.40 am, later on we meet the doctor at 12:30. It was so fast, talking to her you could feel she have Experience, beside her beautiful personality assured that everything will be easy. The frond the desk team are helpful without hesitation. I agree with the other customer regarding the extremely rude receptionist!! Her name was Rosetta and I just called today. I am calling asking her do you all see patients at 18months? She responds whats going on with the child? I asked her again do you all see patient at 18months? She says rudely that she is going to ask the doctor. She comes back and says yes but she need to know whats going on with the child- $90 for X-rays she did not even give me a chance to advise she already has x-rays and to ask my insurance question, so I cut her off and asked for her name. Rather they are in network with insurance or not she was extremely rude with very poor customer service and a know it all attitude. I will not dare bring my child here on an emergency!! I will look else where!!!
