At first I was hopeful that my dentist experience would be great. However after agreeing to a double crown treatment, I experience terrible pain for following two weeks straight. The dentist did not listen to my concerns and I ended up with a root canal after they put the permanent crown. During the crown procedure I was in so much pain but was told it was normal. It was not. Disappointed they did not hear my concerns and speed up the process while I was in distress. My husband had the same happen to him and they fought him for reimbursement. Will not return nor recommend this place.

Dr Creech and her staff (namely, Dr Maass & Sarah @ the front desk) took my 15 year old son in on an Emergent situation on a Friday . My son has had has had issues with his front tooth since he was 4 and knocked it out . After years of work on the tooth it finally came time where the tooth needed to be pulled bc he was in severe pain . They fit him in completely last minute, made him SUPER comfortable & were extremely gentle and kind!!! i cant thank them enough for their compassion and professionalism! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! - grateful mom

My wife referred me to Tampa Dental wellness a couple years back and I'm so glad she did. Their entire staff is so welcoming, yet professional. Whether it be Dr Creech doing some work I needed done, or Desiree giving me a cleaning or Nicole and Sarah at the front desk keeping everything running smooth, or any of the other amazing employees. Everyone greets you with a smile, thoroughly explains things to you and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them and now that our teenage boys are old enough we will be taking them there as well.

After going to this practice for years I will now leave. I experienced problems from day one of a crown(lower moler) they put in 2.5 years ago with multiple adjustments after. Eventually the crown just disengaged last week. I thought they would do the right thing but of course they went the route to attempt to charge me again for an entirely new crown and after insurance, I would still owe $800. I ran out to never return. I'm loyal but when the practice isn't I will make changes.
