My grandson lost a tooth because he was ill supervised. Had to rush him to dentist and doctors to ensure his permanent too will grow in normally. He has had several incidents here. Loved his place initially as I had another grandchild attending prior to the pandemic. Nothing like this ever happened under the old management. With the new management not enough teachers to kids. The facility is small, clean and intimate.Loved that! Faculty is friendly. But this incident changed my perception. What's worse the director has never reached out to the parents to check on my grandson after the day of the incident. Kids are going to have accidents, that is unavoidable, but this changed everything for me. Grandson does want to go back as he said he does not want to lose another tooth. His words.
