Publix Aprons Cooking School of Citrus Park

We thoroughly enjoyed the Food Heaven, Surf & Turf with a Twist demo! We started off the evening with a glass of Chandon Sparkling Rose and followed with 4 courses--each paired with a separate glass of nice wine. The Chefs were fun, kind and provided great service, too. A fun atmosphere and a great way to celebrate a birthday. This would also be a prefect idea for a party or a team building event. Can't wait to go to a class or another Demonstration Event. PS Only negative is I would recommend they not do the chorizo stuffed calamari again. It could be a choking hazard, was a bit too rubbery to chew. Everything else was delicious!

Mini review - Always a five-star experience here. Tonight's menu was Italian Riviera. Overall it was a rather eclectic selection with interesting, value priced wines.We come here 6 to 10 times a year at least, new addition to the team chef Tara Valle is very engaging, personable and made for an even better evening. What makes these experiences so special is an opportunity to have a complete meal of very interesting and always delicious courses with wine for a set price. The menu is always interesting and more complex then we would make ourselves. Additional benefit: significant discount on all wine and cooking items if purchased that evening. Aprons is truly a fun way to spend an evening with friends.
