Going with James falls was the best decision I made, he is extremely knowledgable and is very good at helping you understand every angle with what youre facing. He kept up perfect communication throughout our 11 months together, and it was very easy to set up meetings with him, even going as far as replying/working while on leave when he just had his first baby! I had two cases with him at the same time and went from facing 15 plus years in prison to lower charges with no prison time, jail time or even probation. He was very thorough with his investigation and he made the impossible feel possible every step of the way to the very end and battled on my behalf so professionally while always looking out for my best interest instead of whats easiest. He was so good during my first case I had to get him for my second and if I ever have to Ill go with him again. i highly recommend.

I am so happy that I was steered James' way when I first was put in a situation where I needed a lawyer. Right from the start, James broke down what our process would look like along with all of the possible outcomes that were on the table. Early on, I had questions as this process was new to me. James would always make time available and answer a phone call or a quick text message. His availability and clarity/ transparency when it came to my case and expectations were terrific. He did a great job of illustrating what my possible outcomes were and what I could do to give us the best odds for a favorable outcome. Listening to James' advice was the best decision I have ever made. If you put your faith into James like I did, I have no doubt that he will never point you in the wrong direction and work his hardest to see that you get the best outcome the you can get! With the chips stacked against me, we were able to get an outcome that exceeded above and beyond my expectation. I know every situation is unique and there are a variety of factors that play out in this process.
