Run away from this place Terrible Customer service i went there to buy a hair dye coloring and wanted to ask if they hv any in stock or other brand with the same color CSR act like nobody was talking to her plus pointed to the illed and show me that the illed was empty and continue walking....

        I am disappointed, very bad customer service, you ask them for help and they give you something else, one of the people who helped me asked for a gold dye and she gave me an almost black brown one because she said she wasn't going to catch me, they should do their job right. work and stop giving opinions and getting involved in what they don't care about, just that they do their job, they start criticizing and involving you so that in the end they don't give you what the client asks for, but rather what they want, but I'm going to go personally mind to complain in the store
