Filed against : Health Insurance Innovations 7551 Wiles Rd #106 Coral Springs FL 33067 Complaint Description: I received an anonymous tip that this company is fraudulently using my insurance licenses to write deals I was given an anonymous tip by someone named Brittany Finder that "Jennifer Weiller and Tavares" are using my insurance licenses to fraudulently write policies using my insurance licenses and identity. I was originally supposed to work here last open enrollment and sent them my information but they told me the office closed down. However that was a lie, they stole my identity and got what they needed. I never signed any paperwork!!!! I spoke to their 1800 number and they asked me to email compliance which I did. But they said there are 3 open profiles under my name that they are using. I want to report this identity theft! Filing complaints with the DBPR, DOI & BBB As well as local and federal law enforcement agencies

after paying for insurance with them for a couple years and never using , I had one appointment and thought that they were taking care of the bill but instead I got a bill two years later after I had already canceled my policy with them.I was on the phone with him almost every day trying to get them to pay the bill. They change your policy # every time you renew.

Worst health insurance ever! The one time I finally had to use my insurance you guys never came through. I spend a whole year talking to your rude and unprepared customer service agents trying to understand why you guys were refusing to pay your part of my medical bill.... I could go on and on on this review, but to summarize, I ended up having to pay almost $7000 from my own pocket thanks to this Insurance. I will never ever have this business as my health insurance. And for those out there looking for a cheep insurance option... run away from this one. It’s a scam! It is better to pay a little more for something that actually works.

Correct! Do not give this company your money! They do not cover ANYTHING. Then what is the point of paying so much money for health insurance ?!
