The associate accused me of skipping in line after a random lady walked in out of nowhere and jumped in front of me and started chatting with the person in front of them in another language and then proceeded to attempt to skip me. Once we got to the register I proceeded to walk in front as this lady was literally going to skip me and the cashier and the lady started speaking in another language and she proceeds to tell me "next time the line starts over there." And proceeds to point in the direction of where I was already waiting in line.. I was already upset because she did not acknowledge or pay attention to how this woman nonchalantly walked in out of nowhere and cut in front of me. I did not even proceed to continue arguing as it felt the cashier may or may not have been potentially a friend or this woman may have just been a regular it may have had a biased perspective of the situation..... Whether the lady in line just could have honestly not realized she cut in front of me or she genuinely thought she was entitled you DO NOT scold a customer when you don't fully acknowledge the entirety of the situation. I felt so upset knowing someone could have potentially just been trying to be rude to me and disregard me and only for the store clerk to very rudely give me a hard time over something I did not do .... disgraceful! It was appalling and upsetting to go through this starting off my morning. It could have been a simple misunderstanding but the store clerk was not right acting the way she did ..

I started regularly coming to this 711 a couple years ago; usually just for coffee and gas in the morning. In that time, I've seen the staff here really shine in quite a few situations and I have to give credit. I have seen them all handle the good and contend with the bad and have done so better than I ever could. This is a solid team of real people. Never thought I'd say I'd enjoy a 711 experience but the staff here are so great that I now expect it. I'm writing this review purely out of recognition and appreciation. Thank you!
