Hybrid Construction has now completed 3 of our franchise commercial units over the course of the last year and has done a tremendous job. They are very organized and do great work. I was extremely pleased with the work that Hybrid provided. I worked with them on two bathroom remodels and they were on-time, courteous through the process and in line with the budget proposal they submitted prior to kicking off the projects. I contracted Hybrid Construction for two separate Commercial/Retail interior build-outs. I have used other General Contractors in the past and, with those experiences as a comparison, Hybrid has met or exceeded all of my expectations. Their work is well organized, timely, and results in a good quality finished product. The costs are competitive and tend to be better than large national General Contractors. They do well in communicating progress or escalating issues as identified and they are fair and transparent when it comes to managing change orders. I have personally recommended Hybrid to other business owners and will consider using them for future remodels or build outs.
